This morning Monica and I had a big, hardy bowl of oatmeal and packed up my stuff into her Jeep and left for exit number 316 on I90.
I said my good byes to Monica, and was off once again. I soon got a text from a man named Delbert who said he lived in Livingston and him and wife, Laura could host me for the night. Yes! Once again, it all works out. Thank you Mary and Sara for the connection.
The scenery was beautiful today. Walking up and over the pass was pretty easy, probably the smallest so far. The mountains all around were so green with trees and pastures for the cows and horses. I spent the entire day on the freeway and stopped for lunch under an overpass that doesn't get a lot of traffic. No rain in the forecast, so I just slowly made my way to Livingston which turned out to be about 19 miles.
Spent the afternoon with Laura and her two kids. We hit it off pretty well, and made some dinner with salmon, corn on the cob, mixed vegies and a salad and just relaxed. The rest of the evening. A very good day.
