We went home and relaxed for awhile, and I did some work and made sure to give PLENTY of love to their dog, Tana. A super cute little Aussie dog that I just fell in love with. I love Patty's house. They live way out in the country, with beautiful views of the hills. There is a field with a couple of horses on it next door which I love because every time I look up, I can see them grazing... I could watch them for hours.
We had steak, corn and salad for dinner, which was delicious and prefect because it was much needed protein. I decided that my route for tomorrow would include a stop in Fleet Feet to pick up some calf compression sleeves to try and help my shin splint and I would also be walking most of the Lake Dr. which is nice because it is quite and I'm right next to the lake! I also found out I can walk on the Freeway! Which use to scare me, but now I have no problem with the idea because the shoulder is nice and wide and keeps me away form the traffic. While I figured that out, and some of my route for Montana coming up... Ken and Patty watched a movie, and we all went to bed around 10.
